Can’t praise this hotel and staff enough! Not only was it comfortable and inviting, they went out of their way to help us with a car problem that could have ruined our trip. Their knowledge of resources in the area and their determination to stick with us till the problem got fixed went way beyond any other hotel experience I’ve ever had. Amazing! (Oh, and there’s a great steak house across the parking lot.)

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Offering services without being asked based on their observations. Breakfast was good and there was nice variety each morning.

It was very good breakfast. The staff was ever nice. It was clean place to stay at. I loved that the staff was very nice and very friendly and helpful. And no matter what shift they were on.

The breakfast was superb as well as the location very convenient! We were there for a cheer comp with several teammates and family! The front desk attendant Dawn was amazing! We need more people like her

We were in KY for my son's Army officer cadet graduation. Dawn greeted us on arrival and has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She was there each evening and welcomed my son with a hug and thanked him for his service. The daytime front desk (sorry didn't catch her name) was also very nice and she let us have late check out where Caleb could grab a shower and change clothes before heading back to VA. The ladies that served breakfast were friendly and answered questions about local attractions. Although, we were only there 2 nights- We couldn't have asked for a nicer visit and stay! Thanks for making sure we comfortable and WELCOME.

The lady on evenings was awesome, she had a smile and engaged with us every time we came in. She helped us choose where to eat giving us the options and her opinion on which she liked best.

Dawn Whitley! OMG! This manager was so funny and amazing! She was so personable and fun to talk to! The hotel was clean and also the woman that does breakfast every morning was awesome too! This hotel has staff working here that we wish most hotels had! We were on our Honeymoon and they all made us feel like family! Thank you!

We were pretty happy with the breakfast (we wanted protein.) Each morning they had eggs and sausage as well as lots of carbs. We were told that they opened breakfast at 7AM and were pleasantly surprised to see it open by 6:30AM on graduation day at Fort Knox. The staff was amazing and very military friendly. They offered suggestions on where we could eat in the town and directions on how to get to Fort Knox.
